Art gallery and Orange and Olive pop-up

Saa's with her art, framed for the gallery (PC: Saa)
Ash and Saa’s art gallery is happening in ISB, Hyderabad, next weekend. And a lot of this week was spent planning and organizing for it. If you’re reading this and would like to attend, write to me!
Orange and Olive Co. is also a part of the gallery and is doing some pre-ordered bakes for others! If you’re in Hyderabad, and would like to order, you can do so from here!

AI development
I’ve continued to use Claude to build the art mangement CMS, this week, using the art gallery as a use case for things needed in it. It is taking shape quite well, I must say. I could avoid a lot of the page layout, etc., thanks to this tool! I would really have struggled to get high resolution files of everything exported from the reMarkable and changing paper dimensions, etc., otherwise.
At work, in discussions with my team, more people have expressed the opinion that Claude can be quite useful once you have expertise in an area, and want “minions” that you can guide to get the code writing work done. But, it’s detrimental to actually building that expertise in areas that one doesn’t have it. An idea that came up was to perhaps have two phases, and deliberately shift phases between learning / building expertise and code generation.

Fitness and Sport
I was able to get in 3 sessions, with only one session incorporating any cleans practice. Uphill barefoot runs continue to be fun. I also got in a session of Ultimate, with a practice match against Hawabaaz. It was a bad throwing day, but fun overall.

Weeklies on the Internet
I had a couple of people reach out to me over the last week or so, in response to my weeklies. I knew I had a handful of loyal readers in my friends and family, and I didn’t think anyone else would bother with them. But, looks like the internet still does have humans reading it and “stumbling” on random blog posts. Or maybe just AI agents send people to places that might be interesting?

Delhi protests
I’ve not been able to follow everything that’s been happening, but things have turned up a notch from the June/July protests, looks like.
